Cable locating services in Golden Bay

The Rhonda Scattott Oval is located 64 km south of Perth in Golden Bay, Western Australia. The current sports lighting towers are outdated and require upgrading.

Geological soil testing is being conducted to assess engineering requirements for new concrete bases of the larger lighting towers. The lighting towers are to be located in close proximity to the existing light structures and underground electrical cables. Westscan cable location services were utilised for finding underground wires, and used ground penetrating radar (GPR) to scan the area for pipe locations.
